- Shipping & Delivery
- Your order will typically be delivered in 3 to 5 business days using ground or parcel post. Allow2-3 days for priority mail. Contact customer service on all time sensitive deliveries.
- P.O. Boxeswe only ship usingUSPS to P.O.Boxes.
Depending on shipping method, Typically, orders are processed the same business day. Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to your e-mail account. Shipping times vary once your order is en route. For standard ground service, allow 2-4 additional business days to the West Coast, and 1-3 additional business days to the Midwest and East Coast. In the rare case of a back-order, we will notify you.

- Returns & Replacements
- Special orders and non-stock items are sold as final sale, “no return items”. Christmas lighting and all Fixtures are considered Special Order and are non-returnable. Our lights are tested before shipment. According to U.S. law, refund credits can only be returned back to the card of original purchase. In the event that a card can no longer be charged back (lost card etc.) an attempt on our part has to be made at least once and then a company check will be sent to the purchaser. The company check process can delay the time taken to receive the refund.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Ordering can be done online safe and secure with a credit card or Paypal for payment. Our prices can deviate depending on inventory or seasonal items. If you are given a discount code enter it at the end of the checkout page and update total .For special orders please contact us.
- Viewing Orders
- After you have placed your order you will be sent a receipt and tracking info depending on the shipping method you have chosen.
- How to Cancel Orders
If you wish to cancel your order, call or email Customer Service Department during normal business hours. Unless the order is for a specialty item or the product has already shipped, your order will be canceled without penalty. You will be responsible for returning the shipment. There will be a restocking fee and no reimbursement for the original S&H charge.
